Funerals

The Foundation

Our Foundation Funeral Plan includes:

• Professional guidance on the registration of death and completion of statutory forms for cremation.
• Taking the deceased to our nearest premises, including transfer from any part of England or Wales, should death occur away from home.
• Care of the deceased prior to the funeral (facilities for visiting are not included).
• A modest coffin for cremation.
• Provision of a hearse to the nearest Crematorium.
• Funeral Director and bearers for the funeral service in normal working hours.

A Church Service can be provided at the time of the funeral but there will be additional costs involved which are not included in this plan.

The Sherwood

The Sherwood Funeral Plan includes:

• Professional guidance on the registration of death and completion of statutory forms for burial or cremation.
• Taking the deceased to our nearest premises, including transfer from any part of England or Wales, should death occur away from home.
• Care of the deceased prior to the funeral including the use of the Chapel of Rest for visiting.
• A polished oak style coffin.
• Provision of a hearse from a local address to the place of worship for the funeral service (if required) before proceeding to the local cemetery or crematorium.
• Funeral Director and bearers for the funeral service in normal working hours.

A Church Service can be provided at the time of the funeral but there will be additional costs involved which are not included in this plan.

The Salisbury

The Salisbury Funeral Plan includes:

• Professional guidance on the registration of death and completion of statutory forms for burial or cremation.
• Taking the deceased to our nearest premises, including transfer from any part of England and Wales should death occur away from home.
• Care of the deceased prior to the funeral including the use of the Chapel of Rest for visiting.
• A polished mahogany veneered coffin with router panelled sides.
• Provision of a hearse from a local address to the place of worship for the funeral service (if required) before proceeding to the local cemetery or crematorium.
• Funeral Director and bearers for the funeral service in normal working hours.

• A router panelled mahogany coffin with a double raised lid.
• Provision of a hearse from a local address to the place of worship for the funeral service (if required) before proceeding to the local cemetery or crematorium.
• Funeral Director and bearers for the funeral service in normal working hours.

A Church Service can be provided at the time of the funeral but there will be additional costs involved which are not included in this plan.

The Water Hyacinth

Our Water Hyacinth Funeral Plan includes:

• Professional guidance on the registration of death and completion of statutory forms for burial or cremation.
• Taking the deceased to our nearest premises, including transfer from any part of England and Wales should death occur away from home.
• Care of the deceased prior to the funeral including the use of the Chapel of Rest for visiting.
• A cabinet maker’s frame panelled oak casket with raised lid, interior lined in soft ruched satin.
• Provision of a hearse from a local address to the place of worship for the funeral service (if required) before proceeding to the local cemetery or crematorium.
• Funeral Director and bearers to complement the entire funeral service in normal working hours.
• Counselling on religious ceremony and notices for insertion in local newspapers.
• Listing of floral tributes or donations in lieu.
